Responsibilities:
- Active shift management, managing front and back of house employees and assisting everywhere it is needed
- Assess staff performance and assist in training, developing and re-training staff as needed
- Manage labor and food costs
- Follows company operational policies and procedures
- Manage the restaurant to meet company standards in food quality, food safety, and cleanliness
- Assist in interviewing and hiring staff

Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years management or supervisory experience in hospitality *2+ years casual dining or full service restaurant management experience strongly preferred
- ServSafe, local and state certifications, local bartending license, or the ability to obtain required
- Stress management/composure
- Proven leadership and time management skills
- Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Position may include walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling or moving objects up to 50 pounds
- Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
