Responsibilities:

  • Active shift management, managing front and back of house employees and assisting everywhere it is needed
  • Assess staff performance and assist in training, developing and re-training staff as needed
  • Manage labor and food costs
  • Follows company operational policies and procedures
  • Manage the restaurant to meet company standards in food quality, food safety, and cleanliness
  • Assist in interviewing and hiring staff

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 years management or supervisory experience in hospitality *2+ years casual dining or full service restaurant management experience strongly preferred
  • ServSafe, local and state certifications, local bartending license, or the ability to obtain required
  • Stress management/composure
  • Proven leadership and time management skills
  • Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • Position may include walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling or moving objects up to 50 pounds
  • Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
