We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Biochemistry Affiliate Instructor to join our team at Metropolitan State University of Denver. As a Biochemistry Affiliate Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching biochemistry and introduction to organic & biological science courses at basic and advanced undergraduate levels. Responsibilities
  • Teach biochemistry and introduction to organic & biological science courses at basic and advanced undergraduate levels
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and course materials
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or closely related field
  • Previous teaching experience in biochemistry or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or closely related field
  • Experience with curriculum development and implementation
  • Strong background in biochemistry and molecular biology
