We are seeking a highly qualified Biochemistry Instructor to join our team as an Affiliate Faculty Member. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching biochemistry and introduction to organic & biological science courses at the undergraduate level.
Key Responsibilities- Teach biochemistry and introduction to organic & biological science courses (lecture and laboratory) at basic and advanced undergraduate levels
- Develop and deliver course content to students, preparing course materials and lesson plans
- Grade student work and provide robust feedback in a timely manner
- Address student questions and provide online or in-person academic support as needed
- Maintain office hours and comply with university-wide student evaluation of instruction policies and peer observation policies
- Master's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a closely related field
- Previous teaching experience is preferred
