Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise IT Support Officer to join our team at ManTech. This role will involve providing technical support for various systems, applications, and hardware to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues using ITIL-based processes
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and implement fixes for software and hardware issues
  • Provide basic user training for off-the-shelf applications and office products
  • Collaborate with network services and software systems engineering to restore service and identify problems
  • Maintain and update records and tracking databases
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience resolving technical problems and answering queries by telephone or self-service
  • Self-motivated, organized, and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to quickly changing tasks and requirements
  • Expertise in customer-specific systems and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Related work experience in a technical help desk position
  • IAT Level II certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM & ITBM
  • ITIL v4 Foundation, or higher, certification
Working Conditions

This position requires local travel and may involve working in confined spaces and lifting equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
