**Job Summary:**

We're seeking a skilled RN - Hematology/Oncology to join our team at Mercy Hospital Southeast. As a member of our hematology and oncology department, you'll work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide personalized care and support.

**Responsibilities:**

* Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
* Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments.
* Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Provide education and support to patients and families on hematology and oncology-related topics.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

* Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
* Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of hire.
* Possess one or more of the following certifications: ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, or Six Assessment & Care Modules.
