We're expanding to help our communities grow and are collaborative and unafraid to do a little extra to deliver excellent care. As a RN Hematology Oncology Specialist, you will utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. You will evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate the patient care in conjunction with other departments. To be successful in this role, you will need to have graduated from a school of nursing (associate degree, Diploma, or BSN) and be personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and meet all State Board of Nursing requirements. You will also need to be able to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and be able to perform duties that require prolonged standing and walking each shift. We offer a competitive compensation package, including shift differential pay, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage.
