Program Overview:

Trane Technologies is seeking enthusiastic recent graduates for our renowned Graduate Training Program (GTP) in Technical Sales. Career Path:

Upon successful completion of the GTP, participants will transition into the role of Associate Account Manager, focusing on Systems, Services, or Controls in a designated office location.

As an Associate Account Manager, you will:

  • Market a comprehensive range of HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and developers to design and implement systems and services for clients' facilities.

Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is competitive, and total compensation will include a commission/incentive plan. Additional benefits such as lodging and stipends are provided during the training period.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering (all engineering disciplines are welcome).
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Work Environment:

This position is designated as remote, with opportunities available across various locations.
