About the Role

The Business Architecture team, within the Enterprise Architecture organization, is responsible for developing strategies and multi-year integrated roadmaps that bridge our business portfolios and technology vision. As an Enterprise Business Architect, Principal, you will report to the Sr. Director, Business Architecture and Innovation Product Strategy. In this role, you will drive the creation and maintenance of enterprise business capability architecture blueprints and integrated roadmaps that guide our strategic investments and enterprise initiatives for the Growth Portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise business architecture blueprints that articulate our business strategy, future state business and technology architecture, and multi-year execution roadmap.
  • Apply expert-level architecture knowledge and skills across multiple domain areas (business, information, application, and technology) in driving the advancement of our corporate strategy.
  • Collaborate with and lead other architects to create and document standards and patterns that can be leveraged for future reuse, and actively seek opportunities to leverage industry solutions for new business offerings and services.
  • Develop and maintain reference architecture, including the reference model, guiding principles, standards, patterns, and usage guidelines.
  • Create contextual and conceptual models that help document and simplify potentially complex topics.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and business stakeholders in the development of the strategic portfolio or business unit plans.
  • Provide comprehensive analytical thinking to ensure transformation costs, impact, and value are properly understood, estimated, and controlled across people, process, and technology.
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, industry consultants, and senior company leadership to continuously learn and identify opportunities to advance on our business strategy.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of models that identify interdependencies between business units, roles, associated capabilities, and technologies.
