Job Summary

Bombardier is seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to join our team. As an Avionics Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements
  • Comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures
  • Troubleshoot and repair aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic equipment
  • Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations
  • Operate ground support equipment as required
  • Assist with mechanical and electrical removals and installations
Requirements
  • Avionics or electrical A/C technical school or equivalent experience
  • Typically 0-2 years of avionics work experience or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read and understand electrical engineering drawings
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form
  • Basic set of hand tools and ability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools
  • Must obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications
  • Must be able to work unscheduled overtime and holidays
