As a key member of our team, you will lead and drive our key projects, creating water and wastewater treatment facilities, water and sewer systems, pipelines, pump stations, remediation sites, and solid waste facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement water and wastewater treatment facility designs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to create proposals in response to client requests for proposal (RFPs).
  • Conduct site reviews and studies to ensure designs align with location specifications.
  • Perform water quality analyses and modeling.
  • Develop white papers and technical design documentation of new or special case designs, studies, etc.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to more junior staff.
  • Mentor more junior staff and develop them for future growth within the discipline and firm.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Professional engineering (PE) license.
  • 10 years of related experience.
  • Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
