We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our team at Berkshire Hathaway Automotive. Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to increase F&I sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our lender partners to ensure seamless financing processes.
- Collaborate with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored F&I solutions.
- Manage and maintain accurate paperwork and documentation to ensure timely funding and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and production levels to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail automotive F&I sales.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CDK, RouteOne, Dealertrack, CUDL, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively with sales management and sales teams.
- Understanding of FTC compliance rules and laws.
- Professional appearance and code of conduct.
