Position Summary:

Under the guidance of the Director of Regional Warehouses, the Warehouse Clerk plays a vital role in the management and processing of data within the Assembly Department. This position is responsible for maintaining spreadsheets and tracking daily outputs for Assembly personnel. Additionally, the Warehouse Clerk will handle the receipt of daily parts shipments and Stock Transfer Orders (STO's), ensuring proper inventory management and organization. This role does not involve supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process orders for the Assembly Team using SAP software.

· Maintain and update daily output data for the Assembly team in Excel.

· Distribute and monitor open production orders effectively.

· Receive and log parts shipments accurately.

· Manage Stock Transfer Orders (STO's) efficiently.

· Systematically and physically organize received parts into designated storage bins.

· Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

· Assist in confirming outbound orders as needed.

· Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator for cross-training in backup duties.

· Update and distribute weekly spreadsheets to relevant stakeholders.

This position does not involve supervisory duties.

Qualifications:

Education:

· High school diploma or equivalent is required.

· An associate degree or relevant experience is preferred.

Experience:

· Prior experience in warehouse operations is desirable.

Additional Requirements:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is mandatory.

· Familiarity with SAP software is essential.

· Experience conducting cycle counts is beneficial.

· Willingness to cross-train in various business areas is required.
