The Healthcare Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the daily functions of the medical practice under the guidance of the Director of Practice Operations. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders. The supervisor effectively organizes and directs operational activities to control expenses while enhancing the productivity of staff, physicians, and Advanced Practice Professionals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilizes independent judgment to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and practices.
- Ensures that operational decisions align with the financial objectives of the organization.
- Oversees the performance and development of practice staff.
EDUCATION:
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, or an Associate's degree with at least 5 years of leadership experience in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing medical practices is required.
