Job Title: Electrical Systems Technician

Alutiiq Commercial Enterprises LLC is seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical trade functions, including maintenance, repair, installation, and modification of equipment for the distribution and utilization of electrical energy.

Work Conditions:

As an Electrical Systems Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying work conditions. You may perform tasks both indoors and outdoors, on uneven, inclined, hard, and/or carpeted floors, cement structures, and surfaces. You may be periodically exposed to confined spaces and inclement weather conditions.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass respirator fit test requirements in accordance with 29 CFR
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Must be able to obtain a Flight line driving permit
  • CPR certification
  • Valid Electrical Journeyman's Certification or 5 years comparable experience
  • Team player: ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with others
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand American English to an eighth-grade level for a working knowledge of hazardous, safety, and environmental warnings, as per contract requirement
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • General knowledge of other maintenance and construction trades
