Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our team at MU Health Care. As an RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives every day. You will assess patient status, implement clinical nursing interventions, and develop patient care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes. Your strong organizational and leadership skills will be put to use as you provide compassionate care to those in need and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' conditions and nursing needs, set goals, and prescribe appropriate nursing actions to meet those goals.
- Demonstrate an understanding of medications with regard to action and side effects, and educate patients and significant others about their medications.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions in accomplishing goals and intended patient care outcomes.
- Provide quality care to patients and work with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest patient satisfaction.
- Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN.
- One (1) year of acute care and/or operating room RN experience.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,840 - $66,688 per year, based on location and work experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
