Job Title: Reference Data Manager- Hybrid

Benchmark IT- Technology Talent is seeking a highly skilled Reference Data Manager- Hybrid to join our team. As a key member of our Master Data Management team, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining master data.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will need to work closely with Data Governance, business, and technical teams to ensure data integrity by coordinating data management efforts across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management principles and practices, as well as experience working with data governance frameworks. You will be responsible for executing quality assurance reviews, supporting our company's onboarding process, and working on special projects as requested.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our company's onboarding process to ensure high-quality standards are met and maintained.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of the data on the system are maintained.
  • Execute quality assurance reviews.
  • Work on special projects as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • An extreme level of attention to detail.
  • Able to recognize, document, and communicate at various levels.
  • Operate in a team environment and have regular interactions with Business, Operations, and Product.
  • Self-discipline, motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiar with Form ADV, Broker Check, and IAPD.
  • 6+ years of experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of alternative investments product is preferred.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office software is preferred.
