Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide operational assistance and guidance to account holders and branch staff.
2. Address incoming inquiries and escalations with professionalism and accuracy.
3. Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and initiative.

Customer Interaction:
The Specialist will engage with members, explaining products and services while highlighting their benefits and features. A strong commitment to customer service is essential, as is the ability to operate an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) effectively.

Knowledge and Compliance:
Staying informed about credit union membership requirements, deposit and loan products, and marketing initiatives is critical. The Specialist must possess a thorough understanding of credit union policies, procedures, and banking regulations.

Work Schedule:
Flexibility is required, as hours may vary, including potential shifts from early morning to evening and occasional Saturdays.

Essential Duties:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring exceptional service and data accuracy.
- Process account holder requests efficiently via various communication channels.
- Assist with card-related inquiries, wire transfers, and online banking issues.
- Open new memberships and cross-sell credit union services.

Technical Proficiency:
Competence in using credit union software and basic office applications is necessary. The role requires strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or financial services environment is preferred.
