Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted Washington Physician License (MD/DO) or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Successful completion of Residency/Fellowship at an accredited program or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Board Certified or Board Eligible for medical oncology or hematology and oncology
