About the Role

The Visual Merchandiser plays a vital role in creating an engaging and inspiring shopping experience for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing visual merchandising strategies, maintaining visual standards, and driving sales through creative and effective visual displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and meet business objectives
  • Maintain high visual standards across all store areas, including merchandise presentation, fixture blocking, and lighting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising strategies
  • Provide training and coaching to team members on visual merchandising best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform visual merchandising decisions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, including merchandise presentation, fixture blocking, and lighting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving business objectives
