Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Sea Mar Community Health Centers. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the healthcare team in our Cannon House Assisted Living Facility in Seattle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed staff with direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, personal hygiene, and nutritional support.
  • Engage with residents, develop trusting relationships, and advocate for their needs.
  • Participate in the healthcare team effort to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents.
  • Meet established standards of the profession and maintain clinical and mandatory education requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Successful completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant Program and current licensure by the professional licensing entity for CNA in WA.
  • CPR/BCLS certification at all times.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the healthcare team and residents.
  • Flexibility to perform a variety of duties and adapt to changing situations.
