Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with mobility and transfer patients as needed
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in skilled long-term care or transitional care
  • Current BCLS certification
  • Ability to work every other weekend
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work a variety of shifts
