We are seeking a skilled and experienced Traveling Registered Nurse to join our team at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital. As a Travel Nurse RN in our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in emergency nursing.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department setting.
- Active Illinois nursing license in hand.
- General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi experience required.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Cerner experience.
- Community Hospital Experience.
3x12 Nights, with every other weekend in a 6 week schedule. Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.
