Job Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Software Implementation Consultant with a robust background in retail and point-of-sale (POS) systems. This position is client-facing and entails engaging in new projects or enhancing existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and actively participate in the deployment of software solutions for clients, concentrating on Oracle ERP and XStore.
2. Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their business requirements and offer consulting services aimed at improving their operations.
3. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
4. Provide training and ongoing support to clients throughout and following the implementation process.
5. Work in conjunction with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience with Oracle Retail or significant retail POS expertise.
- Proven track record in software implementation, especially with Oracle ERP and XStore (preferred).
- Strong foundation in retail and POS systems.
- Excellent client-facing abilities, with experience in a consulting capacity.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience collaborating with consulting firms or Oracle consulting teams is advantageous.
