We cater to engine manufacturers, aircraft builders, and aviation operators. Our expansive facility, located near Baltimore, spans 1.7 million square feet across 180 acres, where we have been designing and constructing civil and military aircraft for over nine decades. In 2019, we became part of ST Engineering North America, Inc., enhancing our global aerospace capabilities.
Position Overview
The Project Engineer will report directly to the Program Management Office, playing a pivotal role in achieving program and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategically plan intricate interdepartmental projects to align with program and business objectives.
• Monitor, report, and manage assigned projects to adhere to scope, budget, and timeline targets.
• Recognize and mitigate project risks effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various departments, suppliers, and clients.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Willingness to support on-site operations.
Preferred Attributes
- Minor in Project Management or equivalent industry experience.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence various organizational levels, suppliers, and clients.
