Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to service excellence standards during every guest interaction.
  • Assist guests with their belongings from vehicles, buses, and other transportation.
  • Provide accurate directions, arrange local transportation, and maintain a clean and accessible entrance.
  • Report any guest-related issues or inquiries to the supervisor or relevant department and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Review daily arrival reports, VIP guests, events, and group bookings to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with the Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Staff, and Guest Relations to ensure anticipatory service for arrivals and departures.
  • Monitor guest movements and activities at all entrances.
  • The starting compensation for this position is $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in written and spoken English to communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and guests.
  • Ability to assist guests with a high level of service.
  • Valid driver's license with the capability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in guest interactions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Friendly and engaging demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-assured and mature, capable of managing various situations involving guests and staff.
  • Highly self-sufficient with strong analytical and administrative skills.
  • Good judgment and discretion in evaluating situations and making decisions.
  • Ability to understand and implement management policies and operational practices.
  • Strong self-discipline and ability to work independently.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism.
