Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure the safe and effective dispensing of medications, and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medication therapy.
  • Pharmacy Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those related to patient confidentiality and data security.
  • Customer Service and Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, caregivers, and other stakeholders, and engage with the community to promote health and wellness initiatives.

Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree, and active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Experience and Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, with a strong background in patient safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
