Job Summary

MJ Care Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Director to oversee the operations of our contract sites and personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, leadership, and business management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Develop and implement effective patient treatment plans, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with facility administrators, staff, and regional directors to promote community awareness of therapy services.
  • Staffing and Hiring: Collaborate with regional directors to manage staffing needs, productivity, and personnel concerns.
  • Nurturing and Coaching: Recognize, support, and offer constructive feedback to rehab staff to promote growth and development.
  • Fiscal Responsibilities: Assist in developing budgets, analyzing productivity, and monitoring department resources.
  • Level II Access: Protect access to Personal Health Information and ensure compliance with national, federal, and state regulations.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Therapist program.
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience as a PT, OTR, SLP, COTA, or PTA, including 1 year of experience as a supervisor.
  • Effective interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in business management preferred.
  • Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) and valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Successful completion of a caregiver background check and pre-employment screen.
