Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at West Reading Nursing & Rehab. As a CNA, you will work closely with our licensed nurses to provide high-quality care to our patients and residents. Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
