Job Title: Senior Lab Technician

DivIHN Integration Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lab Technician to join our team. As a Senior Lab Technician, you will be responsible for the electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing and evaluation of new and existing Electromechanical medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform testing and evaluation of Electromechanical medical devices to ensure compliance with environmental requirements.
  • Set up and operate test equipment, including environmental chambers, life test equipment, and product-specific test equipment.
  • Design and document testing configurations and setup.
  • Provide accurate and timely documented results and communicate test results to appropriate engineering personnel.
  • Participate in product failure analysis and suggest product design improvements based on observation and test results.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of testing, lab, or related experience.
  • Understanding of electromechanical systems and ability to recognize mechanical, electrical, or system abnormalities.
  • Hands-on instrumentation and data acquisition experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Background with measurement test equipment.
  • Working knowledge of pneumatics.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical gauging and instruments.
