We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our team at Allen Distribution. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to load and unload product, as well as maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift to move product throughout the warehouse
  • Load and unload product from trailers and pallets
  • Count and verify inventory levels to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license
  • Ability to use handheld RF Scan Device
  • Ability to lift 50lbs., sit, stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to twist, stoop, squat and reach above shoulder level
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
