As a member of the Community Health System, you will have the opportunity to work with our Behavioral Health Team. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients with psychiatric problems.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
We are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. This role provides care to patients with psychiatric problems under immediate supervision. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area and a high school diploma or equivalent.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. They will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients with psychiatric problems
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor patient behavior and report any changes to the treatment team
