Subcontract Prequalification Specialist

About the Role:

The Subcontract Prequalification Administrator will support our Subcontractor Management program for Operational companies, working in collaboration with our project management team and in direct communication with subcontractors and HSE Directors. Key responsibilities include maintaining safety statistics, client requirements, Certificates of Insurance, and other requirements in various Michels Family of Companies pre-qualification accounts.

Requirements:

• Self-motivation and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and previous business, office, administration, or related experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
