About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Subcontract Prequalification Administrator to join our team at Michels Corporation. As a key member of our Subcontractor Management program, you will be responsible for supporting operational companies, collaborating with project management teams, and communicating with subcontractors and HSE Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain safety statistics, client requirements, Certificates of Insurance, and other requirements in various Michels Family of Companies pre-qualification accounts.
  • Work in collaboration with our project management team and in direct communication with subcontractors and HSE Directors.
  • Support our Subcontractor Management program for Operational companies.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and previous business, office, administration, or related experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
