Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.">
  • Ensure that all stages of production comply with safety and quality standards.">
  • Address GMP violations in production with production supervisors and employees.">
  • Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.">
  • Collect samples of raw materials and finished products for microbiological, chemical, and physical testing.">
  • Maintain detailed records of quality control tests, inspections, and findings to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.">
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 1 year of related experience in the Food Manufacturing industry or a related field is required.">
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is essential.">
  • Proficiency with computer systems and documentation is necessary.">
  • The ideal candidate should be comfortable overseeing a team of employees and addressing concerns directly.">
  • Ability to take corrective actions and pay close attention to details is crucial.">
  • Able to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.">
