Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site/hybrid Litigation Attorney based in California. This role involves representing clients in civil litigation matters, engaging in legal proceedings, drafting essential legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, overseeing discovery processes, preparing for trials, and maintaining organized case files. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member with robust litigation and case management capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law institution
  • Valid license to practice law in California
  • At least 3 years of experience in civil litigation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively
  • Specialized knowledge in tort liability litigation, defense of health and human service providers, and public entities is preferred.
  • Proficient in legal research and case management software
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail, legal analysis, and writing skills
  • Understanding of legal ethics and professional responsibility standards
