  • Maintain equipment properly and utilize products judiciously to support cost management.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all services and products, providing education to guests.
  • Promote home care programs, aiming to meet retail sales targets.
  • Adhere to sanitation and sterilization standards as mandated by regulations and spa policies.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked as needed.
  • Report any incidents involving staff or guests that require attention to management.
  • Actively market the spa's services, treatments, and promotions.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to all guest requests, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Work independently while maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Participate in training sessions and staff meetings regularly.
  • Assist in various operational areas of the spa as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic with outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Possession of a current Idaho Cosmetology license.
  • Prior experience in a spa setting is preferred.
  • Enjoyment in working with people and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, along with basic computer proficiency.
  • A collaborative team player.
