Job Overview

Are you a dedicated and personable individual committed to delivering an outstanding experience for patrons? We are seeking skilled bartenders and servers to provide exceptional service in our taproom environment. Our ideal candidate prioritizes guest satisfaction from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Compensation:

$20 - $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate payment processing from guests and maintain the integrity of the guest check to safeguard both the customer and the establishment from transaction errors.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, and daily specials to effectively respond to guest inquiries and offer recommendations.
  • Participate actively in pre-shift and departmental meetings to gain comprehensive knowledge of all products, services, and operational procedures.
  • Welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, serve items promptly, and address any special requests or needs.
  • Assist in restocking and cleaning duties as directed, including side work for the opening and closing of the establishment.
Qualifications:
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills with both customers and team members.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to guest-first service with a background in customer service.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
  • Previous experience in the food service sector is highly preferred.
  • Show exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
