The successful candidate will assist with general office duties, manage and organize electronic and paper records, prepare and distribute correspondence and communication materials, and support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and orientations.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Center for Global Learning and International Student Affairs
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Develop and distribute communication materials, including emails, memos, and reports
- Assist with the planning and execution of events, workshops, and orientations
- Support the maintenance and update of the Center's website and social media platforms
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
