AIS Healthcare is a national leader in home infusion and IVIG therapy. We are seeking a Registered Nurse with clinical expertise and compassion to join our team as a Home Infusion Therapist in the Louisville, KY area.

Job Summary

We offer a fully remote and autonomous position providing infusions in the comfort of patients' homes. As a Home Infusion Therapist, you will work outside the hospital setting in a growing specialized area of nursing. You will provide immune globulin infusion therapies, make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch, and interact with patients, physicians, and other partners with excellent written and verbal customer service skills.

About the Role

In this full-time role, you will visit patients in greater Louisville and surrounding areas with occasional travel up to 150-200 miles one way. Travel time is paid, and mileage is reimbursed. As a registered nurse with AIS Healthcare, you will have a uniquely rewarding setting to use your exceptional nursing skills. We seek nurses who possess strong clinical expertise, creative ideas, deep compassion, and sensitivity to treat patients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide immune globulin infusion therapies to patients in their homes.
  2. Use your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist patients in the comfort of their own homes.
  3. Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current license in Kentucky and ability to be licensed in other states.
  • Minimum one year nursing experience; IV-related experience a plus.
  • Current CPR certification and valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three years' nursing experience.
  • One year infusion experience.
  • Home healthcare experience.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
