Key Responsibilities
  • Card Access Environment Support: Configure, support, and maintain card access hardware and software (40% of time)
  • Point of Sale Support: Configure, support, and maintain point of sale devices (25% of time)
  • Network Support: Configure, support, and maintain wired and wireless networks (25% of time)
  • Phone System Support: Assist in support of phone system and related hardware/software (10% of time)
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associates degree in a related field or 2+ years of experience in a technical position
  • Strong technical knowledge of computers and peripherals
  • Familiarity with wired/wireless networks
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Must be flexible. Occasional after-hours support is required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data or electrical wiring
  • Experience supporting POS systems
  • Experience supporting wired/wireless networks
  • Experience with Windows server operating systems
  • Good written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on customer service
