About This OpportunityFrontline is in search of a meticulous and proactive Field Technician skilled in system installations. This role offers opportunities for career advancement and performance-based bonuses upon certification completion.Experience in construction, plumbing, or electrical work is highly desirable.
ResponsibilitiesAs a vital member of our collaborative team, you will play a key role in ensuring precise and timely installations while following stringent safety protocols.
As a Field Technician, your duties will include: Installing Frontline Wildfire Defense Systems on residential properties, which entails:
  • Designing and assembling the required piping
  • Installing sprinklers and effectively sealing all roof penetrations
  • Assembling and affixing equipment to various surfaces such as stucco, concrete, roofing, and siding
  • Wiring system components (low voltage)
  • Occasionally performing trenching, concrete work, and traffic management
  • Conducting daily project clean-up
  • Maintaining and organizing vehicle and storage inventories
  • Traveling up to 75% during peak summer months, including overnight stays.

QualificationsWe are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated team player with:
  • Experience in construction-related fields
  • Roofing experience is a plus
  • Ability to follow directions, learn swiftly, and ask questions when needed
  • Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Capability to transport materials and equipment for job tasks (frequently up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance)
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer relations skills
  • A valid Driver's License
  • Willingness to travel and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
