Job Summary
The Superintendent - Rail is a key member of our team, responsible for planning, organizing, and directing units to ensure the successful completion of heavy rail infrastructure construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of rail construction processes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Develop and implement safety plans to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Project Planning and Management
- Plan and organize project activities to ensure timely completion and meet client expectations.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Quality Control

Requirements
- Education
