We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lifeguard Supervisor to join our team at Fort Collins CO. As a key member of our Aquatics Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our aquatic facilities, ensuring the safety and well-being of our patrons, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of lifeguards and other aquatic staff
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections of aquatic facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Provide training and guidance to lifeguards and other staff on safety procedures and emergency response protocols
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lifeguard or in a related aquatic role
  • Current certification in lifeguarding and first aid
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in aquatic facility management or a related field
  • Certification in water safety or a related field
  • Knowledge of aquatic facility operations and safety protocols
