Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to ensure knowledge and alignment with company standards.
  • Build and train a team from the ground up for the new location.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach new employees for continuous improvement.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and equipment functions of the car wash facility.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality skills to guests and members.
  • Oversee the ordering of wash chemicals, supplies, and products.
  • Operate a complex POS system and other wash-related computer programs.

  • Salary range: $60,000-$67,000 annually based on experience and qualifications plus profit sharing.
  • Health Insurance- medical, dental, vision plan options.
  • PTO: 3 Weeks.
  • Unlimited use of the car wash facility for self and immediate family.
