Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our Sales Support Representatives, Order Management Coordinator, and Accounts Executives on a national basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfill special customer requirement needs that are identified and prioritized.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly order status and shipping reports to the Sales Support Representatives and Accounts Executives.
  • Manage order backlogs and open purchase orders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with forecasting by gathering information and generating reports.
  • Act as a liaison for information needed from Legal, Credit, and Finance departments.
  • Perform deal registration assistance and tracking.
  • Manage documents for closing orders requiring signatures.
  • Research customer issues and invoicing questions.
  • Provide training to backup any needs of the department.
  • Demonstrate and promote an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis.
