Position SummaryAs the Catering Operations Manager, you will oversee the in-house catering services, managing daily operations, coordinating with culinary and sales teams, and ensuring the maintenance and inventory of catering equipment. This role also supports the Restaurants & Cafes Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure catering services consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Present Levy catering offerings to clients in a manner that enhances guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Communicate client requirements through detailed and timely communications to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Develop knowledge of location-specific food and beverage options.
- Engage with clients to finalize their food and beverage choices prior to events.
- Hold team members accountable for delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation at all times.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, guests, and team members.
- Gather feedback from clients and guests to enhance service delivery.
- Support company initiatives and respond to guest service challenges.
- Implement menus, promotions, and programs as directed by the Director of Catering.
- Achieve daily sales and budgetary goals.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols.
- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service policies.
- Complete daily reporting and month-end closing requirements.
- Promote a collaborative work environment that maximizes productivity.
- Conduct regular meetings to maintain open communication.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members in accordance with company standards.
- Exhibit a positive attitude towards team members and guests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years in a food and beverage operational role.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Passion for hospitality and culinary arts.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
