Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Busser to join our team at Bon Appétit Management Company. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  • Stock and maintain service stations with necessary equipment and supplies
  • Assist food servers with table service, including serving beverages and replenishing linens
  • Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area
  • Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Fold napkins and maintain an adequate supply
  • Perform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning spills and handling special guest requests
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
