Job Title: Busser

About the Role:
As a Busser at Haidilao Hot Pot, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently clear, clean, and reset tables, while assisting food servers in all aspects of guest table service, maximizing table turns, and maintaining restaurant flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to the correct tables.
  • Verify the presentation of finished dishes before serving.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver food promptly.
  • Assist servers as needed to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Clean and reset tables efficiently before, during, and after service periods to optimize table turns.
  • Remove trash as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to address guests' and colleagues' needs and inquiries.

Requirements:
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork.
  • Displays hardworking, professional dedication, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a strong teamwork spirit.
  • Obtains the California Food Handler Certificate.
