Job Role

We are seeking a Security Guard with a valid security clearance (Unarmed). In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding sensitive information and personnel. As a Security Guard, you will undergo specialized training tailored to the security protocols associated with your clearance level, facilitating your professional development in the security sector.

COMPENSATION: Starting pay rate: $11 per hour.

WORK SCHEDULE: On-Call (Contingent Officer Schedule)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Candidates must be at least 21 years old.

DRIVER'S LICENSE: A valid driver's license is required.

TRAINING: All necessary training and uniforms will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality security services, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and information with professionalism.
  • Conduct regular patrols on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to protect individuals, assets, and sensitive information.
  • Welcome guests and employees, escorting visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit points.
  • Adhere to site-specific performance guidelines and report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual occurrences through written and verbal communication.
  • Respond to security alarms and assess emergency situations.
  • Act as a first responder during emergencies.
Qualifications (Essential)
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of five years of verifiable experience.
  • A Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance appropriate for the position.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations.
  • One or more of the following qualifications:
    • At least three years of security experience on a DoD-cleared site.
    • Prior military service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Intermediate computer skills for operating advanced technology at client-specific locations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous law enforcement or armed security experience.
  • An Associate's degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field.
