As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will engage with customers to guide them through the vehicle purchase or leasing process, aiming to create a memorable buying experience. Your role involves presenting vehicle attributes, model options, features, and financing.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge about our products and effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Identify potential customers and provide a warm greeting both at the dealership and on the lot.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Proactively contact new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to foster lasting relationships.
- Highlight product features and explain how they address customer needs.
- Obtain and maintain all related sales certifications.
Qualifications:
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, along with basic computer knowledge.
- Initiative-taking with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- A current or ability to obtain a PA sales license.
